Privacy Policy

Pathwai helps soccer families research colleges and reach out to college coaches. Pathwai is a product of Good Vibes Enterprises Inc., based in Ontario, Canada (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us run the service, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and password (stored by our sign-in provider; we never see your password), the parent’s and athlete’s names, sport and graduation year.
• Athlete profile you choose to add: position, GPA and test scores, highlight reel link, the levels and regions you’re interested in, your goals, and an optional household income range used only to estimate prices after financial aid.
• Your activity in Pathwai: schools you star or archive, campaigns, the outreach emails you send through Pathwai and when coaches reply, and your Roadmap progress (kept in your browser).
• Ask Pathwai chats: your questions and Pathwai’s answers are saved to your account so you can see them again, and questions you choose to send to our team.
• Email connection: if you connect Gmail, we receive access to send the emails you approve from your account and to notice coach replies to them.
• Usage information: basic, privacy-friendly page analytics and technical logs that keep the service working and secure.

How we use it

• To run your account and show your plan, school list, Roadmap and outreach.
• To send the emails you ask Pathwai to send, and to show coach replies.
• To answer your questions in Ask Pathwai, using Pathwai’s own school and recruiting data and your profile.
• To send account emails, such as confirming your address or resetting your password.
• To keep Pathwai secure, fix problems and improve it.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who helps us run Pathwai

We share information only with service providers that run parts of Pathwai for us, and only what they need:

• Supabase: database and sign-in.
• Vercel: hosting and page analytics.
• OpenAI: writes Ask Pathwai’s answers. Your question and the relevant Pathwai data are sent with each request. We turn off OpenAI’s storage of these requests; OpenAI may keep them briefly for safety monitoring under its own policies.
• Unipile and Google: connect and send from your Gmail account when you choose to connect it.
• SendGrid (Twilio): delivers account emails.

When we add payments, a payment processor will handle card details; we won’t store full card numbers. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Where your information is kept

Our service providers store and process information in the United States and other countries, so it may be subject to the laws of those countries, including access by their authorities. We choose providers that protect it.

College and coach information

School facts come from public sources such as the U.S. Department of Education’s College Scorecard and NCAA rankings. Coach names, roles and work emails come from public athletics staff directories.

Young athletes

Pathwai is for high school athletes and their parents. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Cookies and storage

We use cookies to keep you signed in, and your browser’s storage to remember things like your filters and Roadmap progress. We don’t use advertising cookies.

Your choices

• Edit your profile any time in Profile, and delete Ask Pathwai chats from the chat.
• Remove Pathwai’s access to Gmail any time in your Google Account’s security settings, or ask us to disconnect it.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account: email info@goodvibesenterprises.com.
• Withdraw your consent by deleting your account; some features need certain information to work.

Keeping it safe

Access to your data is limited to your own account and connections are encrypted. No service is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above, and tell you in Pathwai or by email when the change matters.
