Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Pathwai, a product of Good Vibes Enterprises Inc., based in Ontario, Canada (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Pathwai, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

What Pathwai does

Pathwai helps soccer families research colleges, organize a recruiting plan and contact college coaches. It provides information and tools; you decide what to send and to whom.

No guarantees

Recruiting decisions are made by colleges and coaches. Pathwai does not guarantee a reply, a roster spot, admission, a scholarship or any other result.

Information and Ask Pathwai

School facts, rankings, coach directories and recruiting rules come from public sources and can change or contain mistakes. Check important details, such as eligibility, costs and deadlines, with the college, the NCAA, the NAIA or the NJCAA. Ask Pathwai answers from Pathwai’s own data; its answers are information, not legal, financial or eligibility advice.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• A parent or guardian should create or supervise the account of an athlete under 18.

Emails you send

Outreach goes from your own email account, in your name. You’re responsible for what you send. Don’t send spam, mislead coaches, or contact anyone in a way that breaks the law or the recruiting rules that apply to you.

Plans, trials and payments

New accounts get a free trial without a card. Paid plans, their prices and what they include are shown in Pathwai. Until online checkout is available, we set plans by hand and nothing is charged through Pathwai. When payments start, the price, billing period and how to cancel will be shown before you pay.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Pathwai: no copying or reselling its data, scraping, interfering with the service, or using it to harass anyone. We may limit or close accounts that do.

Ending your account

You can stop using Pathwai any time and ask us to delete your account at info@goodvibesenterprises.com. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

Limits of liability

Pathwai is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made by colleges, coaches or other third parties. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Ontario, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and tell you in Pathwai or by email when the change matters. Using Pathwai after that means you accept the new terms.
